Uso de los servicios

Todas las herramientas de Absolutool son gratuitas, para uso personal o comercial. No se requiere cuenta. Todo se ejecuta en tu navegador · tus archivos y datos nunca se envían a nuestros servidores. Puedes usar cualquier herramienta para fines legales, sin restricciones.

Exención de garantía

Las herramientas se proporcionan «tal cual», sin garantía de ningún tipo, expresa o implícita. No garantizamos que las herramientas estén libres de errores, sean ininterrumpidas o produzcan resultados específicos. No somos responsables de los problemas que surjan del uso de las herramientas, incluyendo: pérdida de datos, resultados inexactos, indisponibilidad del servicio, o cualquier daño indirecto o consecuente.

Guarda siempre tu trabajo antes de cerrar la pestaña del navegador. Como todo el procesamiento se hace localmente, cerrar la pestaña elimina definitivamente cualquier resultado no guardado.

Propiedad intelectual

El contenido, el diseño y el código de Absolutool nos pertenecen. No puedes copiar, redistribuir ni vender el sitio web ni su código fuente. Los resultados que generas con nuestras herramientas (imágenes comprimidas, códigos QR, contraseñas, JSON formateado, etc.) te pertenecen completamente.

Publicidad

El sitio muestra anuncios a través de Google AdSense. No controlamos los anuncios específicos mostrados · son determinados por los algoritmos de entrega de Google. Si ves un anuncio que te parece inapropiado, puedes reportarlo a través del mecanismo de retroalimentación publicitaria de Google.

Third-Party Services

Absolutool relies on a small set of third-party services to deliver its tools. Google Analytics and Google AdSense (subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy) handle measurement and advertising. Open-source JavaScript libraries (such as pdf-lib, PDF.js, ffmpeg-wasm, and others listed in our Privacy Policy) run in your browser to power specific tools and are loaded from public CDNs (cdn.jsdelivr.net, cdnjs.cloudflare.com, unpkg.com). Vercel hosts the static site and serves it through its CDN. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of any third-party service, and your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Absolutool, its operator, and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or any tool, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where law does not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, our total liability to you for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for our free tools, is zero) or one hundred United States dollars.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Absolutool, its operator, and its contributors from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the site in violation of these terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third party's rights. This obligation survives termination of your use of the site.

Age of Use

The site is intended for users aged 13 and older in the United States and aged 16 and older in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, in line with COPPA, GDPR Article 8, and equivalent regional regulations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone below those age thresholds. If you believe a minor below the applicable threshold has used the site in a way that involves personal information, contact us so we can address it.

Uso aceptable

Te comprometes a no:

• Usar las herramientas con fines ilegales.
• Intentar interferir, interrumpir o sobrecargar el sitio web.
• Hacer scraping, crawling o acceso automatizado al sitio de manera que degrade el rendimiento para otros usuarios.
• Eludir o eliminar los espacios publicitarios.

Ley aplicable

Estos términos se rigen e interpretan conforme a las leyes de la jurisdicción en la que opera Absolutool. Cualquier disputa derivada de estos términos estará sujeta a la jurisdicción exclusiva de los tribunales competentes de dicha jurisdicción.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Absolutool regarding your use of the site, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on the subject.
