Utilisation des services

Tous les outils d'Absolutool sont gratuits, pour un usage personnel ou commercial. Aucun compte n'est requis. Tout s'exécute dans votre navigateur · vos fichiers et données ne sont jamais envoyés à nos serveurs. Vous pouvez utiliser n'importe quel outil à des fins légales, sans restriction.

Clause de non-garantie

Les outils sont fournis « en l'état », sans garantie d'aucune sorte, expresse ou implicite. Nous ne garantissons pas que les outils seront sans erreur, ininterrompus ou produiront des résultats spécifiques. Nous ne sommes pas responsables des problèmes découlant de l'utilisation des outils, notamment : perte de données, résultats inexacts, indisponibilité du service, ou tout dommage indirect ou consécutif.

Enregistrez toujours votre travail avant de fermer l'onglet du navigateur. Comme tout le traitement se fait localement, fermer l'onglet supprime définitivement tout résultat non sauvegardé.

Propriété intellectuelle

Le contenu, le design et le code d'Absolutool nous appartiennent. Vous ne pouvez pas copier, redistribuer ou vendre le site web ni son code source. Les résultats que vous générez avec nos outils (images compressées, QR codes, mots de passe, JSON formaté, etc.) vous appartiennent entièrement.

Publicité

Le site affiche des publicités via Google AdSense. Nous ne contrôlons pas les publicités spécifiques affichées · elles sont déterminées par les algorithmes de diffusion de Google. Si vous voyez une publicité qui vous semble inappropriée, vous pouvez la signaler via le mécanisme de retour publicitaire de Google.

Third-Party Services

Absolutool relies on a small set of third-party services to deliver its tools. Google Analytics and Google AdSense (subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy) handle measurement and advertising. Open-source JavaScript libraries (such as pdf-lib, PDF.js, ffmpeg-wasm, and others listed in our Privacy Policy) run in your browser to power specific tools and are loaded from public CDNs (cdn.jsdelivr.net, cdnjs.cloudflare.com, unpkg.com). Vercel hosts the static site and serves it through its CDN. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of any third-party service, and your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Absolutool, its operator, and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or any tool, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where law does not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, our total liability to you for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for our free tools, is zero) or one hundred United States dollars.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Absolutool, its operator, and its contributors from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the site in violation of these terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third party's rights. This obligation survives termination of your use of the site.

Age of Use

The site is intended for users aged 13 and older in the United States and aged 16 and older in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, in line with COPPA, GDPR Article 8, and equivalent regional regulations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone below those age thresholds. If you believe a minor below the applicable threshold has used the site in a way that involves personal information, contact us so we can address it.

Utilisation acceptable

Vous vous engagez à ne pas :

Loi applicable

Ces conditions sont régies et interprétées selon les lois de la juridiction dans laquelle Absolutool est exploité. Tout litige découlant de ces conditions sera soumis à la compétence exclusive des tribunaux compétents de cette juridiction.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Absolutool regarding your use of the site, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on the subject.
